Strengthening workouts designed to be simple, easy to follow, and safe, even for those with pain. Three levels of workouts are available for upper body, core, and lower body so you know how to safely advance.

Expert Guidance

Learn from a physical therapist with more than 16 years experience. Includes 2 live video sessions during the challenge answering all of your questions & providing guidance so you are never alone or lost!

Lasting Results

Gain physical strength in 4 weeks and the knowledge to continue long-term so you can take care of your body & age gracefully. Decrease pain by understanding how to move your body safely.

Accountability

Join an accountability group to keep you motivated and on track. Those who complete all parts of the challenge will be entered to a drawing to win back the full price of the program!

Signing up for the February 2025 Fitness Foundation will set you on the right path. Dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight are all you need!

What You'll Receive: 

  • Education on Strength Training
    • To help you understand how to even get started 
    • Understand how many sets & reps, how much rest time, progressive overload, proper recovery, and more
  • Workouts designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy 
    • Three levels of exercises available for upper body, core, and lower body (you have access to all and can switch levels at any time). Take the guesswork out of what exercises to do together or how to advance -- this is all done for you.
    • Includes workouts designed for joint pain and sedentary individuals
  • Two live Q&A sessions from an experienced physical therapist 
    • Guiding you through all of your questions. Not sure how to advance, wondering if you're doing an exercise correctly, etc? I am available to answer these! {These will also be recorded for those who can't attend}
  • Accountability and Community Support 
    • To keep you motivated and on track. Also a place for support and to share your wins!
  • Challenge Opportunity
    • Complete all portions of the challenge (described in detail below) to be entered to win a prize
  • Strengthening program is yours to keep
    • Once the challenge is over, you can continue using the strengthening program
    • The goal is to create healthy habits & learn the skills necessary to continue your journey to lifelong fitness & the healthiest version of you!

Challenge Details: 

  • Complete the provided strengthening workouts 3 days/week for 4 weeks 
    • Choose from beginner, intermediate, or advanced in each body part. You are welcome to change levels at any point during the program as needed.
    • One arm day, one core day, and one leg day
    • Includes workouts that are arthritis safe and accommodate for joint pain in all body areas
  • Minimum of 15 minutes of intentional movement an additional 2 days/week for 4 weeks
    • This can be walking, biking, yoga, stretching, etc. Whatever you enjoy, feels good to your body, and hopefully elevates your heart rate a little
    • The goal is to help our bodies recover from strengthening and create solid workout habits
  • Weekly Check-In Posts
    • I will post in the private community at the conclusion of every week. Every participant who has successfully completed all workouts that week will need to comment on this post so I can track involvement. I believe in the goodness of people, so this is on the honor system.
  • Two live Q&A sessions from an experienced physical therapist 
    • Here to answer all of your questions & guide you along the way so you are not alone. My goal is for you to be successful! 
    • These are NOT required for the challenge, just a perk of being a member
    • These will also be recorded so that those who are unable to attend will also be able to benefit from them
  • Prize Opportunity 
    • All participants who complete all workouts all 4 weeks will be entered into a drawing. Winner will be chosen at random and will receive a refund for the full price of the program.

About Me

Hi! I'm Lindsey, a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over 16 years, wife, and mom of 4. The bulk of my career has been spent in a rural outpatient orthopedic clinic within a hospital, where I cared for a vast variety of injuries, treated all age ranges and ability levels, and helped countless individuals get back to living their life. I made the difficult decision to step away from my job so that I could homeschool my kids, and now enjoy using my knowledge and skills to help people online!

I am passionate about helping others return to the activities they love, live with less pain, be as strong and mobile as possible, and learn to thrive in their day to day.
