Pelvic Floor & Core Rehabilitation Program

An 8-week clinically guided plan to restore pelvic support, core strength, and confidence

This program is appropriate for women experiencing leakage, heaviness, core weakness, or decreased support — whether postpartum, navigating hormonal changes, or simply ready to rebuild with guidance.

Is this right for you?

This program is appropriate if any of the following apply to you:

  • Have mild to moderate leakage

  • Feel pelvic pressure or heaviness but have not been diagnosed with advanced prolapse

  • Have tailbone pain or chronic back pain
  • You have diastasis recti and/or belly pooch that just won't go away
  • Want structured guidance instead of piecing things together online

  • Prefer a clinical, thoughtful approach

  • Are ready to commit to rebuilding — not quick fixes

If you are experiencing severe pain, advanced prolapse, or complex medical concerns, in-person evaluation is recommended.

This is not a generic core workout plan

It is a progressive rehabilitation program designed to restore:

  • Pelvic floor coordination

  • Pelvic floor tension
  • Proper breathing mechanics

  • Deep core activation

  • Load tolerance and strength

Every exercise is intentionally selected and sequenced based on how the pelvic floor and core actually function together.

What makes this different

Most core programs focus on crunches, planks, constant kegels, or “squeeze harder” cues

But pelvic floor dysfunction is rarely a strength-only problem. It’s often:

  • Poor coordination

  • Inability to relax the pelvic floor

  • Breathing dysfunction

  • Poor load management

That’s why this program starts with restoring control — before building strength.

This program is:

✔️ Created and taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
✔️ Progressive, phase-based structure
✔️ Detailed verbal instruction and cueing
✔️ Education modules so you understand what’s happening in your body
✔️ Designed for women postpartum, perimenopausal, or simply rebuilding

About the Program

Weeks 5–6: Integrate Pelvic Floor Coordination & Load With Movement
