A 12-week digital course designed to effectively improve you posture, decrease knots & tension, and manage upper back & neck pain.

The course will begin with the foundations needed to create a solid base, including deep neck flexor activation for neck stabilization, breathing techniques, 360* rib cage expansion, mobility, stability, core strength, and hip strength & mobility.
